This is outstanding! I hope SSIR publishes more articles on philanthropy and public systems change. It is rare to see it so well discussed and have models for transformation so clearly described. In part, this is because philanthropy has focused on community-based demonstration projects and partnerships without including the institutional and systems change necessary to bring best practices and outcomes to scale.
