What about those of us born prior to 1982? 1970’s babies? We are valuable employees who deserve such benefits too!
“Millenials” are a generation who think flip-flops qualify as “business casual”. At least us “Gen X’ers” know how to dress appropriately for work.

You all need to relax. Whats wrong with sandals? If you need fancy clothes to make you feel like your doing a better job, than maybe the non-profit world isn’t right for you. Get in touch with those you serve.
