It is not often that we hear the term ‘community of practice’ from nonprofit leaders.
Please know that there are far more of us white women who believe in and support leaders that we easily see are more than capable of doing their jobs than there are those who think that you have to do more than or work harder to be successful. You do not have to be superwoman to try to please someone who is bigoted or worse, racist. P.S. Your article was exceptionally thoughtful, honest, and well-written.
