Design thinking has taken over the tech startup scene because it (on the average) makes more money. It’s great to see strong examples of design thinking focused on social impact rather than profit, like those in this article. Tech makes it possible to inexpensively learn from the communities we serve: to not pay attention is borderline negligent!
