Mobile! Mobile! Mobile! I was really excited to see that there was so much chatter about mobile strategies at #12NTC. I was most pleased to see a focus on mobile optimization for email and web sites. Here at NTEN, almost 13% of our site traffic this year has been from a mobile device. It’s been growing fast and we need to get ready now!
Thanks for adding that note, Holly! What excited me most about mobile is that people weren’t talking about mobile as defined by apps, but finally seeing it as another platform where people do many things and communicate in many ways.
I also think there was a lot of talk about measuring success in social media and going beyond the number of Likes… it’s all about engagement and tying these communities to your organization’s goals!
