Thanks, Jacki, for your leadership on this front. It is not easy to step up with as much time, money, and just plain hard work as you contribute to the betterment of our world.p
Was thrilled to see this article and understand the potential impact women can make in our world with well-placed charitable choices. As an alumna of Mount Holyoke I know women-power is exponentially strong. As a Philanthropy Advisor and fundraising coach to nonprofit CEOs, I’m concerned about the organizations that exist to protect the social fabric of our country and their lack of readiness to receive these tremendous donations.
I encourage all philanthropists to do diligence before making charitable investments. Missions are worthy, but are the nonprofit leaders able to sustain a thriving organizational structure? At Confident Fundraising we are training the nonprofit CEOs and EDs to become natural fundraisers. The ones we train will be ready!
Women really enjoy giving collectively and collaboratively. Organizations such as Impact 100 and Women’s Collective Giving Grantmakers Network are excellent resources for women across the country1
very encouraging and I must also add that av found this very informative .As a woman leader in Kenya and currently being a member of the Nakuru County assembly I must say women in Kenya require a lot of support to get into policy making bodies so that we can all make this world a better place .Once again lets give all we can for those without money , lets
mentor , join in the women movement and make that difference wherever you are

Great piece showing how using a gender lens on philanthropy can uncover opportunities for impact.

Women do lift as they climb so entire communities are supported when giving is targeted. Great article!
