How does your goal of “60 percent of Americans hold high-quality degrees, certificates, or other post-secondary credentials by 2025” relate to what the economy needs? If the two don’t align in terms of the correct mix of certificates, licenses and degrees, we will continue to see students graduating and getting grey-collared jobs (i.e., they’re over-educated and likely with a minimum of two years of debt they don’t need).
