Changes are necessary even in highly dynamic sectors like finance. Old practices have somehow managed to create a mentality in the people which is not necessarily useful in today’s processes. Hence, it is important to overhaul the system and implement a change or two in order to benefit the businesses as well as the individuals involved though it might require too much time and effort.
