Inspiring views; great to see all this initiative.
As we all enter new terretories we are still occupied by the thought world of the old. The opposite of the old is not the new.
A view from my end:
Democratizing decision making is the opposite of individualised decision making. However, both are on the same axis. The opposite to individual decision making is decision making away from purpose and that is decision making out of love, religion or out of aesthetic thought. All of these may but need not necessarily involve the social (democracy).
The social is between willful acting (purpose) and spiritual reasoning (love, art, religion) where we as a community decide how to share the consequences.

Good insights Gabriela and Tatiana, the ‘Hubs’ are always exciting places (people?) to visit - so its good to note that you’re not just theorising!
