Well said. This are the Qualities i learnt a while ago from Dale Carnegie’s book How to make friends and influence people-They have done wonders to me.
These are all excellent points and I especially agree with the importance of investing in professional development. Jobs where I’ve been encouraged to grow are the ones I look back on most fondly, because they helped prepare me for where I am today.
