You also failed to mention Fail Festivals, which are annual events in Washington DC and London, UK that are a celebration of failure as a mark of leadership, innovation, and risk-taking in the NGO and international development communities.
Clever failure references aside, this was an excellent article. I had no idea it was coming out, but love that SSIR is fostering innovation by encouraging nonprofits to overcome the very real fear of failure. Hope the funders who read this article also take note; we must support big ideas and empower nonprofits to take bigger risks in the pursuit of impact.
