As a former Lilly employee (1986-1999), I am thrilled to see Lilly’s interest and involvement in education. I would love to have the opportunity to meet with you to discuss dyslexia and the need for change in Indiana. According to the NIH and Yale Center for Dyslexia and Creativity, 1 out of 5 children are dyslexic and yet, most schools lack teachers that are trained in Multisensory, systematic and explicit phonetic interventions that we know can close the gap.
