Also focusing on the Youth to increase their involvement in the development sector very important. As rightly mentioned in the article Young people are more committed to non profits and are willing to go an extra mile to create an impact. Technology will play very big role to achieve this.
Network like Volunteer in USA can be replicated in Asian countries, also attracting young donors to start making impact through crowd-funding non profits and impact volunteering is a good start. In India few platform such as Milaap, BitGiving and IndiaDonates are working towards engaging youth in non profit activities.
