To fight corruption effectively in Nigeria and Africa in general, Institutions must be reformed, and the mentality of the people changed as well. this might take time because of cultural issues. If these are addressed, a new gate towards economic growth and prosperity will open.

Institutions take similar posture as founders and I fluential leaders take.
Values based leadership that reflects transparency in the
Structure is critical.
There also has to be a deliberate creation of a tribe of
Followers who independently agree with the position of the
Organization. This is because the organization will come
under tremendous pressure to compromise. Without a
Continuous stance against values that do not align with
the corporate values it is difficult to sustain a fight against corruption.
