What if we just paid people in development fair wages based on their expertise and ability and not based on foundation mandated limitations on overhead pay? How can we think it’s okay to ask people to fight poverty while being employed to do so makes it unaffordable to have a family, repay school loans, have a decent standard of living?
What if all of us just compensated individuals throughout improvement sensible paycheck determined by his or her skills and capacity and not determined by foundation mandated disadvantages about expense pay?
