Hi Perla, How can we extend this model of SMS outreach to underserved populations in the global south? Interesting to note that what we may be considered LMICs has high usage of SMS. Do you have recommendations for an aggregator/community for voices living in those global vulnerable populations?

Very promising approach, the focus on SMS makes all the sense in the world. I think we discussed this back in June at the Data on Purpose conference, would love to hear more, and explore the potential for the 2-1-1 network to ask similar questions or partner on some surveys or campaigns. Also, this brings to mind a community organizing effort that uses phone and SMS, California Calls, with which you’re probably familiar. Thanks, Pete
