This is so right! After my husband gave a small gift to a children’s health charity, we started getting inundated with calls. When told a firm “no,” some of the telemarketers come back with the attitude that you are a terrible person for not giving a donation. Guilting your donors into giving is not a good longterm strategy!
Excellent ideas. As well as respecting the donors by not pestering them, I wish the Receiving Societies would offer a detailed report as to what went where. There are too many willing and potential donors who have been put off by fear that there gifts will go into the wrong pockets.

Interesting! Out of each donation that the Network receives, how much does Network for Good retain and how much goes to the intended beneficiary?
