Another contender for “killer app” is nozasearch.com Probably the best kept secret in nonprofit fundraising…it is basically the “Foundation Center” of individual donors, which is where most of the money comes from.

I would probably add “the tax write-off” to that list. Philanthropy would not be nearly as popular without that.
