Pete, I appreciate your thoughtfulness combined with your optimism. It’s a rare package. While I’m not as optimistic as you about ending (at least quickly) some of the social ills you write about, I do think the idea of good stories is essential. And NOT the types of stories that nonprofits typically tell, full of jargon and process. We need stories about real people doing really great stuff. Perhaps SSIR could host a blog where nonprofit practitioners are asked to post their stories?
