Thank you for sharing your learnings! As a community, it is so important we share what we are learning to become more efficient in setting up these complex mechanisms (where appropriate). Could you share how/whether you changed the pricing of the outcomes as you adjusted the baseline?
It is really a good thing that they spread the education between the women that is extremely necessary for them as a result of they even have the career in numerous fields and that they have a right to induce the education once they required and that they can step ahead and stand with everybody within the fields that is good for them and for her practical life nursing assignment online.
Very interesting project, and an interesting self-evaluation. Just a quip here: lessons learnt should also provide some details on what went wrong or against expectations and how it will be addressed in future project work. Without self-criticism, an evaluation only calling for more money and time is unlikely to work.
