Great article. As a grassroots practioner,I believe that this innovation in philanthropy will create the alignment between grantors and grantees necessary to make the broad social changes that are cast in many of our missions. My hats off to the Heinz Endowments for being a leader in learning and to Mr. Lainge for his commitment to real social transformation.
Great work! I commend you for having the courage and patience to undertake this work. It is a model that all philanthropic entities and government agencies committed to inclusion need to embrace. Kudos to you and the Heinz Endowment!
love this article, and glad to have participate in an aspect of the Transformative Art project so that this article is able to resonate with me… I love how the Advisory Board kind of empowered themselves to be totally immersed the process and not just on the periphery
What a powerful piece! Justin, your energy and knowledge towards social justice in our schools, neighborhoods and city is simply remarkable. I sincerely thank you (and Heinz) for your dedication and commitment to this transformative work. It is an honor to know you and serve with you on the TAP Advisory Board. Onward, my friend!
