The work environment has been created by shortsighted policy and bias, now that America’s future is at risk American Industry is taking notice- These program should have always been in place. I only hope it is not too late.
That’s quite a remarkable statistic regarding the effects of a year of unemployment after graduation. It’s wonderful and likely a savvy business decision for companies to figure out how to leverage these kids. I hope for the unemployed youth that they can keep their heads up and acquire in demand skill sets that can immediately create value for employers.
I love it that the mindset is changing and more and more employers see that potential is as important as experience. I hope that more and more young people will find employment.

Love the mindset change to focus on potentials versus prior experience. Workforce has changed so recruiting potential candidates has to as well.
