Michael Duggan is a technology executive who leads digital transformation programs from strategy development to implementation at Salesforce. He enables nonprofit organizations to shift spend from operations to business transformation and increase organizational agility. Before joining Salesforce, he served as chief information officer of Oxfam International and as the secretary of the supervisory board at NetHope. Clare Albright is a people and process enthusiast who is motivated by solving complex problems with teamwork and technology. She leads Salesforce implementations for Accenture’s Nonprofit Practice, and has supported domestic and international NGOs across all stages of their digital strategy and transformations.Teresa Duran is a three-time CIO and senior vice president of IT, and has been recognized for advising and leading companies through transformational change and modernization efforts across corporate and non-profit sectors. At Make-A-Wish, she is responsible for all technology services including emerging technologies, business applications, product innovation, infrastructure engineering, communication services, product development, data warehousing, security, and risk management. Daryl Mah Thomann is senior director for Make-A-Wish America where she supports the organization’s 59 chapters in enhancing their capabilities in creating life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. She has responsibility for developing shared service programs to maximize chapter operational efficiency and effectiveness. She previously served as chief operating officer for Make-A-Wish Illinois, one of the largest chapters within the Make-A-Wish federated structure.
