Deep Connections and Nonprofit Success

In Salesforce's latest Nonprofit Trends Report, three-quarters of nonprofits reported that their donors wish to feel “closer” to their work, and that constituents want to feel greater engagement and alignment with their programs. The findings make it clear that nonprofits' success depends upon meaningful connections with the people and organizations they serve. To realize those types of relationships, nonprofits are feeling the pressure to create more personalized experiences, but many questions remain about execution.

In this video, nonprofit leaders share the strategies and systems they’ve used to foster deeper and more meaningful connections with their constituents, and how those approaches have helped their organizations to grow and succeed.
