Change of Address
How can I change my subscription address?
Avoid delays or missed issues by sending us your change of address information in advance of your move. You may submit your change your address online by signing into your account at ssir.org. Once you are signed in, you may access “My Account” and click on the “Change your address/information”. You may also change of address changes by calling 1-888-488-6596 (within the U.S.), or emailing us at: [email protected]. Note: the Postal Service will not forward periodicals mail so you will need to notify us of the change of address in advance of your move.
Expiration
When does my subscription expire?
You may verify your subscription expiration by logging into your account online at ssir.org. Once you are signed in, you may access “My Account” and verify your subscription expiration.
Your expiration date is printed on the mailing label of every issue – in the upper right hand corner (highlighted in yellow).
My subscription doesn't expire for a while, so why am I receiving renewal notices?
To make sure your account is always up to date, we send out renewal notices with plenty of time to renew your subscription before it expires.

Payment can be made by signing into your account online at ssir.org, by phone or mail. Check payments can be mailed along with your invoice in the enclosed, pre-addressed envelope. If you can't locate the envelope you can send payment to:

Late/Missed Issues
My issue seems to be late.
If you have seen SSIR on newsstands and have not yet received your copy, it's most likely in the mail. Quarterly issues of SSIR should arrive by the last day of the month in which the quarterly issue is mailed (domestically), and by the 15th of the following month (internationally). Quarterly issues are mailed: Winter (mails in November), Spring (mails in February), Summer (mails in May), and Fall (mails in August). We do try to ensure that subscriber copies arrive in-home before they are on the newsstand. However, there are sometimes postal fluctuations that we cannot control.
How frequently do you publish the magazine?
SSIR is published 4 times a year (quarterly). The issues are Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
What should I do if I missed an issue?
If you are an active subscriber and you have experienced a missed or damaged issue of SSIR, you may request a replacement copy by signing into your account online at ssir.org, or by calling our toll-free number 1-888-488-6596 (within the U.S.).
Digital
Is the digital version the same content as the print version of SSIR?
Yes, the digital version of SSIR offers the exact content, presented in the same order and style as our print issues of SSIR. Your digital subscription allows you to view each issue on your computer or mobile device—or you may download the issue PDF if you prefer.
What if I have a print subscription, but want to switch to the Digital Edition? Or vice versa?
