Digital Transformation

Organizations with an aligned data strategy are more likely to succeed, according to nonprofits surveyed in Salesforce's second edition of its Nonprofit Trends Report. But how do they begin a journey of digital transformation? What stands in their way? How do they navigate such a change? In this video, several nonprofit leaders discuss how they fostered a data-driven culture within their organizations and the importance of having an effective change-management strategy in place.

This video is part of the “Technology for Change” series produced by Stanford Social Innovation Review with the support of Salesforce.
