Meaningful change begins with listening. Evidence shows that when we genuinely understand people’s needs and act on what we hear, we make better decisions that lead to better outcomes. So how can AI help nonprofits and foundations listen to more people, synthesize large volumes of data, and respond more effectively? Join SSIR and Feedback Labs for a 90-minute interactive session exploring AI for feedback and listening at scale.
Building on Feedback Labs’ research and experience, we’ll hear case studies from nonprofits and foundations that are using AI to accelerate and scale listening without losing the nuance, trust, and human connection that make listening meaningful. Participants will discuss what’s working, what’s not, and what responsible AI-enabled listening can look like in practice. Whether you’re already experimenting with AI for listening or just beginning to explore its potential, you’ll leave with practical ideas and questions to help you determine where AI can, and can’t, strengthen your organization’s feedback and listening practices.
