April Nishimura is the director of capacity building at RVC, a board member of TREC and UUSC, and a certified coach. Her passion is unlocking the potential of leaders and organizations to act in accordance with their highest values.
Roshni Sampath is a capacity-building lead at RVC and a coach in training. Prior to RVC, she worked with education, direct service, and advocacy nonprofits in fundraising, communications, human resources, and program development and delivery.
Vu Le writes the blog NonprofitAF. He is the former executive director of RVC and the Vietnamese Friendship Association and has decades of experience in working with grassroots organizations led by and serving communities of color.
Anbar Mahar Sheikh is a capacity-building lead at RVC and a consultant for RoadMap Consulting, and is currently working on a coaching certification. Prior to RVC, she worked with grassroots organizations led by and serving the American Muslim community.
Ananda Valenzuela is the interim executive director of RVC and serves on the board of Change Elemental. Their work centers on organizational development, with a particular focus on equitable self-management and liberatory practices.
